Ingredients:
One can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
One can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
One cup granulated sugar
Six tablespoons all-purpose flour
Two cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
One cup Ritz crackers, crumbled finely
Half-cup melted unsalted butter
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the mixture: In a mixing bowl, mix the crushed pineapple, the chunks of pineapples along with sugar and flour. Stir till the sugar and flour stick on every part of the pieces of pineapple.
Add in cheese: Combine shredded cheddar with pineapple until fully combined.
Transfer into baking dish: Pour this mixture into greased 9×13 inch baking dish evening it out well.
