Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
2 cups stuffing mix
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup butter, melted (optional for extra flavor)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, dried cranberries, chicken broth, egg, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush each ball with melted butter for extra crispiness (optional).
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the turkey is fully cooked and the stuffing balls are golden brown on the outside.
Serve hot and enjoy with gravy or cranberry sauce on the side.
